I am wondering if MemberConnect's Admins, or some of the users, could share solutions or best practices for using MemberConnect to schedule worship assistants.
The way in which we do it today is as follows:
We have a three column table that resides in a recurring event (description of assistant's role; 8:30 Service assistants; 11:00 Service assistants). The table has 26 slots where a name needs to be filled in each week (we do them a month ahead or so). Each weekly event is opened and edited by adding the 26 names and then we need to one by one select those same 26 names from the membership list so that the event email notices are sent. Certainly this is a painful process.
Is there a better way?
