After the transfer of new members from SS to MC and after a finished message, I got "The Internet Connection was successful but the group data could not be sent" The person/family information transferred. What does this message mean?

Basically, the message can be ignored.

CTS has been testing the idea of having groups (from the Activities/Skills/Training area) transfer from SS to MC. It is possible that this functionality may appear in future releases of the products. For now, it is non-functional.

Essentially, the message is letting you know that the person/family data was sent correctly (but that the group data did not transfer, which is not a function in the current SS release).

Hope that clears up any confusion.

Thanks...is it worth a piece of a service pack to disable it until it is in use?

It is likely that the message will be disabled in a future SS release; again, for now, it can be ignored when it appears.
