How do I delete a single discussion reponse?

Log in to MemberConnect as the Administrator or Group's Leader.

Enter the Discussion in which you wish to edit.

Next to the Discussion entry there is a "e" edit symbol. Clicking on this allows you to either edit the text or delete the entry altogether.
