Are there new/current tutorial CDs available for WYSIWYG? or Group Administrator?

Normally, a tutorial CD and a manual for MemberConnect are sent to the church as part of a packet sent out when the church signs up for MemberConnect.

However, if there is a specific question or issue you are having with either the WYSIWYG editor or with Group Administration, I would encourage you to:
a) post the questions here in the CTS forum (under the appropriate topic).
b) contact our technical support line, 1-800-346-6120 (techs are available Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time).

I have the original tutorials but there have been a few updates since then and the WYSIWYG in particular has changed. I have some new group leaders and need to get them started.

I would again suggest using the tutorial CDs that you have as a starting point, then contacting us if you then have specific questions regarding any changes to the WYSIWYG editor or the controls for group leaders.

Can we place a link on the MemberConnect home page for new users to learn how to navigate the site, check their groups, add user accounts for their family members, and update family info? (CDs are not very practical for a large number of users.) Thanks for your help.

A few short notes:
There is currently not any built-in help for MemberConnect sites to do this. However, there are some churches that have added their own custom help pages to their site, containing such information and instructions.

The CDs spoken of in this topic are designed for the administrators of a MC site, showing them the how-tos of setting up their site (they were not intended as a how-to for visitors or members of the site).
